Thanks to Josh for the stream report and pictures from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

I just got back from Jackson. Incredible. We threw size #2-5 hoppers with a soft hackle as the dropper. We caught so many fish that a had to replace three leaders in one day. Did I mention that we used 3X tippet? In all I probaly caught 60 some fish. We generally fished three rivers, the Snake, the Hoback, and the Gros Venture. However many other people fished Flat Creek which had so much fishing pressure that we decided to avoid it. I would have to say that the best river for wade fishing would have to be the Hoback. This river had virtually no fishermen and held monster cutts. We went on many trips, one was to Idaho to fish the Teton river with a good friend. There were so many fish rising that you had no idea where to cast. The surface of the water was filled with pale morning duns (pmds). We caught a ton of trout with some whitefish thrown in. The second trip was to float the Snake. A retired guide, that is friends with my uncle, took us on his dorry. We caught three pigs and a billion little guys. -Still really fun.
yours truly,
